This course is an investment in yourself. You discover who you are, your inner strengths and look behind all the masks you wear.

The course enhances inter-personal relationships, increases self-confidence and improves communication and coping skills.

The course is restricted to those 21 years and older, as the minimum age to become a LifeLine Counsellor is 21 years.

On completion of the training you will be equipped to counsel and to be part of building an emotionally well community.
