Dear co-laborer in the harvest:

Special greetings in the wonderful Name of Jesus!

I praise God for you and the strategic position of ministry He has given you in your country. My prayer for you is, "That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man." (Ephesians 3:16)

God has given me a great love and burden for Africa. For more than 35 years, I have ministered throughout Africa, conducting crusades and Schools of Ministry in almost every African nation. God has enabled me to raise up many "sons" in the Gospel and multiplied thousands of African National pastors and leaders who are now being used mightily by God to reach Africa with the Gospel.

I believe this is God's hour for Africa to experience a great outpouring of His Spirit that will sweep across every nation in Africa and result in the greatest harvest of souls in the history of the Church.

God has directed me to launch a Mission To All the World outreach in Lagos, Nigeria, August 23-28, 1999. Our goal for this major outreach is not just to conduct another School of Ministry or large crusade. It is to reach every
country in Africa!

Our strategy is to mobilize pastors, Christian leaders and believers within every country to come together in Lagos for this outreach, where they will be trained, anointed and equipped to go back and conduct ongoing schools of ministry...city to city...village to village until their country is reached with the Gospel.

We are expecting 30,000 Nationals from all over Africa to be this meeting!

Our goal is to network with churches, prayer networks, evangelists and intercessors in every country in Africa in united prayer for the spiritual breakthroughs needed in Africa and for this upcoming outreach.

For over a year we have been mobilizing an army of intercessors in 58 countries to fast and pray for Africa and this upcoming all Africa MTAW outreach.

We would like you to link arms together with us as part of this great prayer army to saturate Africa with intensified, united prayer and raise up a prayer covering over Africa.

As a spiritual leader in your city, here is what I would like you to do:

1. Establish a 24-hour prayer chain in your church to pray for the all-Africa MTAW outreach August 25-28, 1999.
   

2. Within your city, contact pastors of all denominations, prayer networks, prayer groups and Christian ministries and ask them to join with us in prayer and to participate in this important outreach.
   
3. Register for this upcoming MTAW Africa outreach and bring a delegation from your church.

The daily sessions will be held at The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) Auditorium (Along Bagada Express Way) Anthony Village, Lagos, Nigeria, August 23-28. The miracle crusade meetings are tentatively scheduled for the Tafawa Balewa Square Onikan, Lagos, August 27 & 28.

WHEREAS we believe we are living in the great end time harvest, in which we will see the greatest ingathering of souls into the kingdom of God in the history of the Church.

WHEREAS we believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be preached throughout the world as a final witness to every tribe, nation, kindred and tongue before Christ's return.

WHEREAS we believe God's will is accomplished upon earth in answer to the prayers of His people.

WHEREAS we believe God is sovereignly issuing a global call to prayer and raising up an army of millions of intercessors worldwide.

WHEREAS we believe Christ has given His Church power and authority over all the power of the enemy, and that through strategic warfare prayer we will see Satan's strongholds broken off people, cities and entire nations.

WHEREAS we believe we are the end time generation who will see Christ's return and that He is coming in answer to the cries of His people.

WE THEREFORE RESOLVE:

• To link hands together with Christians, pastors, churches, prayer networks and missions organizations worldwide to raise up a prayer covering over the world.
  

• To mobilize Christians worldwide to begin t pray for the Lord's return.
  
• To pray for nations now closed to the Gospel to be opened, and for the Gospel to penetrate and dispel the spiritual forces of darkness holding millions in bondage to idolatry, witchcraft and false religions.
  
• To fast and pray for the unreached people groups who have never once heard the Name Jesus.
  
• To wage spiritual warfare in tearing down Satan's strongholds in the 10/40 Window and the ten major regions of Mission To All The World.
  
• To pray for God's Army to be raised up within every nation upon each, with multiplied thousands of Nationals being empowered and mobilized to evangelize and win their nations for the Kingdom of God.
  
• To pray for a spiritual awakening within the Church resulting in the renewal of a God-given burden and vision for lost souls within every born-again believer, compelling them to reach and win the lost within their villages, communities, cities and nations.
  
• To pray for an end time outpouring of the Holy Spirit with the manifestation of the true power of Pentecost resulting in the full expression of the nine gifts of the Spirit within the Church, with signs, wonders and miracles of healing as an end time witness to the world.
  
• To pray for barriers and hindrances now dividing Christians, churches and church denominations to be removed and for unity of the Spirit to be released within the Body of Christ.
  
• To pray for a Baptism of love to cover the entire Body of Christ and be the motivating force behind every action.
  
• To pray for the cleansing and purifying fires of the Holy Spirit to burn out all impurities and works of the flesh within members of the Body of Christ resulting in a wave of true holiness.
  
• To pray for the release and multiplication of finances necessary to finance the end time harvest.
