INTRODUCTION
I’d been thinking that we‘d not heard much from the ‘prophets’ recently. Seems like a new season aproaches!. Within the space of a few days we have received words from Cindy Jacobs (General of Intercession), Jill Austin (Kansas City prophets) Jim Goll (Ministry to the Nations) and others. There’s definitely a thread. We don’t have room in one edition to publish the full versions of them all, but we include highlights here, and have posted them in entirety on the bulletin Boards at the new IRN HQ (www.openheaven.com see prophecy section).

PROLOGUE
We are on the verge of a fresh outpouring of Holy Spirit where new waves of His glory and visitation are coming. Radical signs and wonders are once again going to hit the earth as unprecedented prayer movements explode around the globe.

We’ve read about historic revivals over the centuries that usually lasted only a few short years. Why did this happen? How can we experience not only a visitation but also an inhabitation of God’s Spirit? When the Manifest Presence comes, it also acts as a refiner’s fire to test the hearts of each individual, church and community. Will we open up the gates for the King of Glory to come in?.....

....Are you really prepared for the next move of God? When He comes - and He will come - He will shake, expose and challenge all of our agendas, exposing our nakedness. So let’s get personal. Are you on your face in repentance and humility? Do you have the revelation and strategies to oust the dragon and her children from your midst? Or have you shut the gates of your heart and city to the move of God?

PARADIGM SHIFTS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY By Jim W. Goll
As we approach the threshold of a new millineum, there will be a lot of shifting taking place in the church and the world. It is the time of completing unfinished business, a time of cleansing, and a time to get prepared for a “spiritual churchquake” to transpire in the life of what some prophetic voices call the “Third Day Church”. With this view in mind, let me present some bullets on Paradigm Shifts for the 21st Century.

• An Apostolic Relational Mandate will be released emphasizing “networking” versus vertical authority structures.
  

• Confrontation shall come with the “political spirit”
  
• The restoration of David’s Tabernacle as prophecied in Amos
  
• In the church world, a continued shift away from
  
• A new signs and wonders movement is emerging.
  
• The church will gather in stadiums
  
• There will be a great move of the Holy Spirit among women.
  
• A renewed Quietist Movement will emerge
  
• A fresh Holiness Movement will spring up in the church world wide.
  
• Finances will be released to care for the widow and the orphan
  
• We will see tremendous transfers of wealth into the Kingdom
  
• An extravagant Youth Movement is coming
  
• A wave of “Identificational Repentance”
  
• There will be a great harvest amongst the Jewish people
  
• It is the devil’s strategy to precipitate another type of holocaust

A PROPHETIC CALL TO REVOLUTION – Cindy Jacobs
For I would say to you, My children there is a page turning in the heavenlies, and at the top of this page I have one word, and it's "revolution." And I am getting ready to write a new page of history among the believers of this nation.

RADICAL NEW SOUND
For there is a radical sound that I have issued--there is a sound that has come from heaven, and it even now has come to earth. And the Lord says, these are going to be days where I am going to trouble the enemy through you. These are going to be different days than you have ever known, and I am going to require sacrifice of you that you cannot imagine. I am going to require a sacrifice of your children, says the Lord. And the Lord says, I'm going to shake everything that can be shaken.

CHURCHES AS COMMAND POSTS FOR REVOLUTION
There are churches that will be command posts for revolution, and to these command posts I would say, I am going to bring a revolution. Look and see; I am calling radical revolutionaries to the church. There is a sound going forth from heaven, says the Lord. I am calling from the north and the south and the east and the west. They're going to move, they're going to change universities to come to these command posts. They're going to change jobs. I'm going to bring the 18, 19, 20, 21 year olds, and they're going to mentor the generation under them. And then the high schoolers are going to mentor the generations under them.

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED - Harriette Osborn
My Children, my Bride,

Stop looking for the obvious and begin to expect the unexpected. I have been calling you for some time to put away the old and prepare for the new. Did you think I have asked that of you only to give you more of the old? No. I am doing a new thing in the earth today.

Did King Nebuchadnezzer expect Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to walk out of the fiery furnace without even the smell of smoke on them? No. Did King Darius expect Daniel to survive the night in the den of lions without even a wound? No. Did my people expect the waters of the flooding Jordan River to pile up in a heap so that they could cross over to the Promised Land? No. Had the generation before them expected to cross the Red Sea on dry ground? No. Did anyone expect the sun and moon to stand still as it did by Joshua's request? No.

Do you not see, can you not comprehend that I am God and nothing is unexpected for me. I am about to do a new thing on the earth - something you do not expect - but I have planned it from of old. Will you be a part of it? Will you lay down everything you hold so dearly and come to me with open hands to be equipped to do your part? Will you rid your heart of all desires, all habits, all relationships - all that you have allowed to stand before your relationship with me? I tell you, they are idols & must be laid - no, thrown - down.

Will you this day step over the fear of the unknown, over the idols you've thrown down, over the past and its securities and come before me and declare, "Lord, have your way with me - use me as you will." If you are shackled to the past you cannot move forward. If you have your heart set on your own way you cannot see mine.

I am doing a new thing. I am rearranging my army. I may ask you to change places with another. Do not look at my reordering of the ranks as promotions or as demotions. I am simply putting each warrior in the place of greatest effectiveness. Rejoice that the positioning is by my hand and is in my plan.

No one expected a mere boy armed only with a slingshot and five stones to kill Goliath and open the way for the defeat of the Philistines, but it was I who arranged the ranks that day. I am calling together my army today and requiring of you that you cleanse yourselves of all unholiness and of all that would distract you and to incline your ear to the voice of your Captain.
