LOCAL ASSISTANCE FOR REFUGEES FROM AFGHANISTAN After 20 years of war, there still is no relief for Afghanistan. Renewed fighting and 2 years of drought is again causing thousands of people to flee this country. A small group of South Africans have been working with a NGO, giving parcels of blankets and food to the new arrivals in Akora Khatak refugee camp. Beloved, I am the representative of the Transnet Christian Union to the Eastern Cape. We are involved in ministry to several Companies both in the Port Elizabeth - Uitenhage - Coega Industrial Basin, and East London and the rural areas. Outreaches to towns like Queenstown, Burgersdorp, Noupoort, Middelburg, Cradock, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, George, and Mossel Bay are conducted on a regular basis. Ministry take place in the work place, at home and in local churches on a non-denominational basis. We are available for ministry to individuals, families, groups and communities.

CHRISTIAN ACTION AFRICA MINISTRIES - Anton, Zelda and little Althea Mostert are involved in fulltime missions in Africa. Their calling as a family for missions to the African people started 7 years ago although Anton has been in the missionfield for almost 14 years. Their vision is to train and equip the people of a group/village to evangelise and disciple their own people, and their aim is to give every group/person the chance to come out from apathy and grow to their full God-given potential and active participation in the body of Christ. DEO VALENTE MISSION - Johan and Esther Lourens are full time missionaries involved in administration and mobilisation of missionaries in the field. They also spread the gospel to under-privileged people in Mozambique. They started this mission on 8 June 1990 as Deo Valente Mission. In June 2003 they joined Operation Mobilisation for further training and started a new partnership with the Mozambique Hub on 1 December 2003.
