Established in 2000, Winforce Training Centre and Placement Agency believes the promotion of Christian Principles produces focused, friendly, loving and respectful candidates who are emotionally well-equipped for gainful employment. Through its Peace-building and Life-skills (compulsory) Workshop, it mentally prepares candidates, who pay for their training, for the Workplace. There is no administrative fee or hidden cost to the employer, who would source staff from Winforce. The Placement Agency serves as a support system for its qualified candidates.
